For those who have decided to spend holiday in Taman, Anapa, Novorossiysk, Gelendzhik it is better to get to Novorossiysk. In summer there are trains which go also to Anapa. To leave the city is better from the stations, in which a train is formed – from Novorossiysk and Adler. It is more difficult to buy tickets for the last decade of August and the first decade of September.
Car
If you prefer car trip try to choose a way which runs fully on the territory of Russia. Custom-house is a custom-house.
If you go through Moscow it is better to make use of route M4. It starts in the capital and runs through Lipetsk, Voronezh, Rostov area, passes through Krasnodar and leads out to the sea in Dzhubga settlement. In Dzhubga there is a crotch. Federal route M27 leads to the south-west to Tuapse and Sochi and M4 leads to the north-east in the direction of Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk.
Route A-146 leads from Krasnodar to Anapa to a crotch in Verkhnebakansk where it crosses route M25, connecting Novorossiysk, Anapa and port Caucasus.
